My Approach
I enjoy working holistically with clients and their families in order to ensure the best possible outcome. The approaches I prefer to use are Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-based Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (MBCT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) and Positive Psychology. However, I also believe that every client that I see is unique in their entirety and so I adjust my methods to best suit the needs of the client. In every session I am aiming to create an environment that is safe and nurturing to the therapeutic process. My hope is that clients and their parents leave feeling empowered and up-skilled.
